1. Booking & Reservation
By making a reservation at RG Homestay, you agree to the following terms:
- All bookings must be confirmed with a valid form of identification.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and us:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
- Cash at check-in
All payments are processed through secure gateways. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
4. Guest Conduct & Responsibility
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we request that you:
- Respect the peaceful nature of the homestay and avoid loud noise after 10:00 PM.
- Treat the property, furniture, and amenities with care. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
- Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at the time of booking. A cleaning fee of ₹500 applies.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please use the lockers provided.
5. Liability & Safety
At RG Homestay, your safety is our priority:
- Guests are responsible for their own safety during treks and outdoor activities.
- We recommend travel insurance for all guests.
- In case of medical emergencies, we will assist in arranging transportation to the nearest hospital.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from natural disasters, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us:
- We collect and store only the information necessary for booking and communication.
- Your personal data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Modification of Terms
RG Homestay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
